Return policy

*Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. Shipping cost will be borne by buyer.

**Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing. Shipping cost will be borne by buyer.

***Only items that are fulfilled by Inlay Handmade Furniture will be eligible for replacement.

 Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available.

 For damaged / defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 10 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.

Return Policies for Seller Fulfilled Items

The return timelines for seller-fulfilled items sold on Inlay Handmade Furniture are equivalent to the return timelines mentioned above for items fulfilled by Jagdamba Arts. For damaged/ defective products that are seller-fulfilled, the seller will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. Returns for seller-fulfilled items that you no longer need are subject to the seller's approval of the return. If you do not receive a response from the seller for your return request within three business days, you can submit an A-to-Z Guarantee claim.

Note:- For returnable products, refund amount will be credited to user account or in their bank accounts within 14-21 business days after thorough evaluation.
